NADFAS Talent Bank

We are aware that amongst our membership there are a tremendous amount of talented and experienced people whose skills and expertise remain untapped or are lost when a committee member or volunteer retires.

The Talent Bank aims to harness the talents and skills of those members who might enjoy helping NADFAS with a particular project or in a practical way.
At present, there is a particular need for computer literate volunteers who would be willing to assist Societies and/or Areas with any of the following:

  • Website design
  • Producing Newsletters
  • Typing up records for Church Recording Groups
  • Occasional administrative tasks at NADFAS House

Joining the Talent Bank: Any NADFAS member is invited to join. To register with the Talent Bank please download and complete the application pack below, which contains an application form and guidance notes. It may appear a little formal, but we need to collate all the relevant information to ensure everyone gets the most out of the Talent Bank. The decision to accept a request for help and the amount of time you can offer is entirely in your hands.

NB: If you are interested in lecturing for NADFAS please visit the Lecturing for NADFAS Page for further details.

Using the Talent Bank: Use of the Talent Bank is open to all NADFAS Societies and Areas who need help with a particular project. We already have a number of people registered who are ready to help. Please email James Wilkins or call him on 020 7430 0730 ext. 240 for details.

The Talent Bank exists solely to put people in touch with one another - a tool for volunteers to find other volunteers.

Talent Bank Application Pack

The application form is a word document which allows you to type your information in the relevant boxes and email it to James Wilkins or post to NADFAS Talent Bank, 8 Guilford Street, London WC1N 1DA.
