NADFAS is a national organisation which supports local Decorative and Fine Arts Societies. Each local Society brings together like-minded individuals to share their appreciation of and commitment to the arts. All local Societies have an exciting programme of monthly arts lectures, study days and gallery visits. In addition, Members have the opportunity to join a broad range of hands-on preservation and conservation projects.
Over 360 local Societies through the UK, mainland Europe and New Zealand hold monthly lectures, visits and other activities.
Church Recorders promote recognition and preservation of the rich artistic heritage in places of worship by recording the contents of churches of all religions.
NADFAS Heritage Volunteers are teams of committed non-specialist volunteers who work under the guidance of curators and other professionals to help conserve our heritage.
NADFAS provides children and young people with exciting opportunities to get involved in creative arts activities through Young Arts and Church Trails.
Individual Societies and Areas make a substantial number of grants. In addition to these, grants are also available from funds administered by the NADFAS Grants Committee.
